Mrs. G. Steensma, who spent some time in the household for John Foreman, had to give up last year because of illness. She had been with her son Andries at Bigelow MN since, and died there Sunday morning at 6:30 p.m. She was well known in Hull. Her husband was taken from her by death 10 years ago.

Then, for nearly nine years, she's been taking care of Mr. Foreman's housekeeping, that she's been in the house. She had a stroke, and then went to her children.

She leaves 3 sons and 1 daughter, all married; and 20 grandchildren. The funeral service took place at Bigelow, MN, on Tuesday, Nov 22, led by Cand. Wm. Van Rees, and the order made to earth was made in Hull, IA, where her husband also went. Mr. Steensma had reached the age of 76 years and eight months.
