Hein Vreeman, 77, Sioux Center, died Monday, April 21, in a Sioux City Hospital.

Services were at 10 a.m. Thursday in Bethel Christian Reformed Church at Sioux Center. The Reverend B.J. Haan and the Reverend Jerry Vreeman officiated. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home of Sioux Center.

Mr. Vreeman was born Nov. 12, 1902, at Sioux Center. He married Johanna Hulstein November 28, 1923, at Sioux Center.

He was a farmer and a businessman. Mr. Vreeman served as a deacon of Bethel Reformed Church and was active in community services.

Survivors include the widow; a son, Gary W. of Anchorage, Alaska; a daughter, Mrs. William (Joan) Mouw of Sioux Center; two brothers, John of Raymond, Minnesota; and William of Sheldon; six sisters, Mrs. Wiebe(Gerdena) De Vries, Mrs. Elmer (Christene) Den Herder, Mrs. Gordon (Ella) Den Herder, Mrs. Marinus (Bertha) Rensink, Mrs. Lester (Etta) Heusinkveld and Mrs. Henry (Lenora) Heynen, all of Sioux Center.
