Funeral services were held Monday morning in the First Christian Reformed Church with Reverend R. TJapkes officiating for Ivan Visser, 41, who passed away Friday morning, December 30 in the local hospital after suffering the past year with a malignancy at Hospers.

Ivan Visser was married to Alma Vollink on March 14, 1950, in Sheldon. They made their home in Orange City, where the Lord blessed them with six children. Ivan passed away on December 30, 1966, in Orange City, leaving his wife a young widow.

He was laid to rest at West Lawn Cemetery, Orange City, Iowa.
