Siemonsma, Thresia born 30 Dec 1901 died 25 Jul 1902 dau of R. R. buried in St. Mary’s Cemetery Rock Valley IA. No death notice was readily found.

She is believed to be the daughter of R. P. Siemonsma and wife Tillie.
