INFANT DIES AFTER SHORT ILLNESS

Ruth Ann, the 14 month old daughter and only child of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Ver Hoeven of Ireton passed away at the home of her parents last evening after a very short illness of only three days due to intestine flu.

Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon, February 12 at the home and at the American Reformed Church at Ireton. Burial was made at the cemetery here.

Mrs. Ver Hoeven is the former Vera De Boer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy De Boer of Le Mars and the child was a great-granddaughter of Mrs. T. De Boer and Mrs. Jim Borgman.
