Gust Schmidt dies
Gust Schmidt who for many years made his home near George, died at the Mayo hospital in Rochester MN on Monday of last week. Funeral services will be held for Mr. Schmidt at the West Lutheran church near Hull, Saturday with Rev. E. Goeringer officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery there.

For the past several years Mr. Schmidt, who was unmarried, had made his home with Mr. and Mrs. Fred Siefker living near George.
