Died: September 26, 1897

DIED : At the home of her parents in old Sioux Center, on Sunday, September 26th, Bertha "Brentje", the eldest daughter of Cornelis and Gerritje (Veldhuizen) Van Roekel, at the age of 14 years.

The funeral services were held Monday.
