Translation:

Today my wife Klaaske Bouma, born Bosma died at the age of 36 years. We mourn that she has gone to be at peace with Christ. E. Bouma.

1880 census Holland Tsp Sioux county has Eeltje Bouma 35 head, son Jacob 16, Frederick 15 and Jetske dau 5.

From the Netherlands marriage record on www.wiewaswie.nl Eeltje Jacobs Bouma born at Wommels Friesland age 29 years married Klaaske Joukes Boschma born Wommels age 23 years, Eeltje was the son of Jacob Eeltjes Bouma and Sybrig Reinzes van Dijk and Klaaske was the daughter of Jouke Rintjes Boschma and Jetske Klazes Boschma, married 14 Aug 1867 at Hennaareradeel, Friesland.
