Ross Allan Bakker, infant son of Greg and Julie Bakker, died one hour after birth, Monday, June 28, 1999 at the Sioux Center Community Hospital at Sioux Center, Iowa.

Family Funeral Service will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Porter Funeral Home at Rock Valley. Burial will be at the Valley View Cemetery at Rock Valley. Reverend John Den Hoed will be officiating. Visitation with the family will be 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday night at the Porter Funeral Home at Rock Valley.

Surviving relatives include his parents, Greg and Julie Bakker of Hull, Iowa; one sister, Kayla Bakker at home; paternal grandparents, Gary and Joanne Bakker of Hull, Iowa; maternal grandparents, Leonard H. and Freida Rozeboom of Rock Rapids, Iowa; paternal great-grandparents, John and Marie Bakker, Henrietta Vande Waerdt all of Rock Valley; maternal great-grandparent, Johanna Van Der Brink of Rock Valley.

Ross was preceded in death by his brother, Travis Lee.
