Mrs. Barteld Vander Naald died Wednesday, February 5 at her home about three miles west of Hospers, from the infirmities of old age of 73 after a long period of failing health.

Janke Boonstra was born November 22, 1839. She married Barteld Vander Naald, 1873.

The funeral services were held from the Reformed Church at Newkirk this Friday and interment was made in the Newkirk Cemetery.
