Died: September 8, 1941Marinus Vanden Berg of Sanborn was buried here Wednesday.
He had lived here for five years and at Sanborn for 22 years.
Born in The Netherlands, he was 87 at the time of his death. He was married to Aaltje Stoter. She passed away December 23, 1916.
Surviving are 7 children, 2 at home, 24 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
He had served as elder of the Reformed Church at Sanborn, where funeral services took place.
