Richter, Herbert born 1888 died 1894 buried in St. Mary’s cemetery Rock Valley, IA. Dates may be wrong as Find a Grave lists Herbert as born 24 May 1887 died 10 Jun 1887 as on headstone.

Mrs. Mary William Richter 1859-1926 is possibly his mother as it states in her obit she had four children who died young. Father possibly William Frederick Richter born 23 Feb 1853 Burlington, Racine WI died 31 Oct 1936 Rock Valley. The headstones match that of Herbert.
