Friends of the J. H. Ramackle family were grieved to hear that Miss Veronica who had undergone a successful operation for appendicitis at the St. Joseph’s hospital at Sioux Center was suddenly taken with convulsions and she passed away on Saturday evening. Her remains were shipped here on the noon train on Sunday, the train on which she had expected to return to her family. She was 21 years old at the time of her death. The funeral was held on Tuesday morning at ten o’clock form St. Anthony’s church with Father Thoenissen in charge. The sympathy of their many friends is extended to the bereaved father and his family
