Reitsema, Jan born 18 Jan 1842 Oldekerk Groningen died 8 July 1926 Hospers IA. Buried in Hospers Memorial cemetery. No obit was readily found in the local papers.

Parents Gerrit Rietsema 1820 and Grietje Roninga 1820-1875. Children were Grietje 1871, Gerrit 1873, Roelf 1875, Fokke 1877, Mattie 1878-1951, Peter 1881 and Jeltje 1883.
