SERVICES FOR H.J. WALLINGA, SHELDON, WILL BE THURSDAY

Relatives and friends in Hull received the sad news Monday the Mr. Henry James Wallinga, 70, of Sheldon, Iowa, had passed away about 3:30 A.M. Monday morning.

He had been in poor health for several yers due to a severe heart condition.

Mr. Wallinga was born and grew to manhood on a farm north of Hull. He also farmed seven miles north of Hull for many years, before moving to an acreage a mile south of Sheldon.

Henry married Matilda Groen on August 20, 1920 in Hull, Iowa. They had four sons: Leroy, Dale, Robert Ray and Larry.

Henry and Matilda raised their niece and nephew Marion & Clarence Bos after their mother Mary, Matilda's sister, died.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 10th (today) at 1:30 P.M. at the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home at Sheldon and at 2:00 P.M. at the Bethel Reformed Church, Reverend Kenneth Leestma officiating. Interment will be at Hope Cemetery at Hull.
