Mr. Oscar Walinga, after a lingering illness, passed away in the Hull Hospital early last week Friday morning.

Oscar is the son of Harry and Alice (Beimyn) and was born October 11, 1886. He married Jennie Sol on February 22, 1912 in Nobles County, Minnesota. Oscar and Jennie are the parents of one daughter, Gwendylen Orrene.

His funeral was held from the Reformed Church at Boyden Monday. Reverend R.W. Brick officiating. Interment was made in the Boyden Cemetery.
