Dora Vander Kolk Mrs. Dora Vander Kolk, 91, of Hull, died Monday, Jan. 26, at the Pleasant Acres Care Center in Hull. Funeral services were held on Thursday, Jan. 29, at the First Christian" Reformed Church in Hull. The Rev. Carl Klompien officiated. Interment followed at the Hope Cemetery in Hull. The Oolman Funeral Home made the arrangements. Dora was born Oct. 10.1906, at Hull, the daughter of Walter and Kate (Schaap) Van Dyke. She was raised at Hull. She married Ralph Prince at Hull. They lived in Rock Rapids and Lester. Mr. Prince died Dec. 8,1955, in Sioux Center. She married Albert Gluenken in Sioux.Falls, S.D. They made their home-in Sioux Falls. Mr. Gluenken died May 18, 1974, in Sioux Falls. She married Jacob Vander Kolk on July 19, 1976, in Sioux Falls. They first lived in Hills, Minn., and then moved to Hull. In December of 1994, Mrs. Vander Kolk became a resident of Pleasant Acres. She was a member of the First Christian Reformed Church.

Survivors include her husband, "Jake"; three daughters and their husbands, Kathleen and Don Kerr of Olympia, Wash., Joan and Alonzo Olivier of Eden Prairie, Minn., and Audrey and Duane Jongerius of Rock Rapids; one son and his wife, Joel and Mary Prince of Lisle, IL.; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three stepdaughters; two step-sons; and four sisters, Katie Wolfswinkel of Hull, Nell Roelofs of Corpus Christi, Texas, Johanna Verrips of Bellflower, Calif, and Elizabeth Bossenbroek of Everett, Wash. Memorials are being directed to the First Christian Reformed Church.
