A few hours after giving birth to a baby girl, Mrs. John Ter Haar passed away Wednesday at her home near Sioux Center. She was 39 years of age, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wessel Eenkhoorn of Hull, her maiden name Bertha Eenkhoorn.

The devoted mother is survived by six children: Johanna, Christine, Gertrude, Gerrit, Wesseline, and the new baby. Three children preceded her in death. Besides her husband and parents, there are several brothers and sisters, including Mrs. Evink and Mrs. Peter Proper, residing in California, Mrs. Evink having been on her way here for a visit at the time of her sister's death. Mrs. Chas. De Jong and Ben Eenkhoorn of Sioux Center and Wessel Eenkhoorn of Sioux Center, are brothers and sister.

Funeral services were held at the home and First Reformed Church Saturday in charge of Reverend L. Brunsting.
