Funeral Held Wednesday For Rev. C. Veenstraa Funeral services were held at the Bethel Christian Reformed church here at 10 a. m. Wednesday, October S, for the Rev. Conrad R, Veenstra, 71. retired Christian Reformed Minister, who died Saturday at the Sioux Center Community hospital. Services were conducted by the Rev. Richard DeRidder and burial was made in Sioux Center Community cemetery under the direction of Vander Ploeg's Funeral Home.

The Rev. Veenstra served Christian Reformed churches at Waupun and Grant, Wis. . Alemeda Calif. , and Oskaloosa and Hospers, Iowa, before retiring and moving to Sioux Center in 1965

He was born March 2, 1S98 at Grand Rapids, Mich, .and was married to Tena Mulder in 1930. She preceded him in death in 1944. He married Minnie Kuik, August 14. 1945.

Survivors include the widow; three daughters, Mrs. James (Ann) DenOunden and Miss Kathryn Jean Veenstra, both in California, and Miss Greta Joyce Veenstra of Sioux Center,- three brothers, Sidney and Farrell, both of Muskegon, Mich. , and John of Traverse City, Mich. and five sisters Mrs. Isaac Bytwerk of Spring Lake, Mich., Mrs. Ray Brooks of San Jose, Calif. , and Mrs. Jennie Medenna, Mrs. Anna Schoonbeck and Mrs. Herbert Patterson, all of Muskegon.
