Mrs. Talsma Early Alton Resident

Mrs. Nettie Talsma died Tuesday evening at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. Lagendyk, in Sheldon. She was 68 years of age.

Mrs. Talsma was for many years a resident of Alton, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Druger, having been early settlers here.

She is survived by her husband, Edward Talsma and six children, namely Ed Talsma of Alton; Cornelius, living in Indiana; Ike, Worthington, Minnesota; Peter, Mrs. C. Lagendyk and Mrs. Alice Miller, all of Sheldon.

Funeral services will be held this Thursday afternoon at the Van Dyke funeral home in Sheldon, with interment in Nassau Township Cemetery at Alton, where her parents are buried.
