A telegram was received here announcing the sad death of Mrs. A.F. (Carrie) Stewart at Glendale, Minnesota of diphtheria. A little son, Freddie, the only child, died of the same disease a few days previously.

During her residence during the past summer, Mrs. Stewart had made many friends and sympathies with the relatives in their affliction.
