Mrs. Felix (Kathleen) Dreckman, 61, of Granville died Wednesday, Dec. 10 at her home in Granville after a lonog illness. Services were at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph's Catholic in Granville. The Rev. Robert Gralapp officiated. Burial was in the parish cemetery under direction of the Fisch Funeral Home of Remsen.

Mrs. Dreckman, the former Kathleen Kuester, was born Jan. 31, 1925 at Granville, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert (Elizabeth Hemmen) Kuester. She was raised in the Granville area where she attended St. Joseph Catholic Grade School and graduated from Paullina Public High School.

On Oct. 10, 1950 she married Felix Dreckman at Granville. The couple farmed near Granville. He died March 28, 1964 and she moved into town Oct. 18, 1986. Mrs. Dreckman was an Avon representative in the Granville area for 22 years and worked with the Spalding School hot lunch program for 12 years. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, the church Guild and Christian Mothers.

Survivors include a daughter, Cathy Dreckman at home; a sister, Mrs. Jack (Doralice) Ney of Granville, and two half sisters, Mrs. Gilbert (Ida) Brunsman of Alton and Mrs. John (Armella) Stallman of Sheldon. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, three half brothers, Matthew, Elmer and Clarence Krantz and two half sisters, Rosella and Mildred Krantz
