Connie Dragstra September 30. 1955—November 13, 1995 Connie Dragstra. 40. of Sioux Center died on Monday, November 13, at Sioux Center Community Health Center. She had suffered from Huntinglon's Disease for several years.

Services were at Carmel Reformed Church on Wednesday, November 15. the Rev. Brad Langstraat officiating. Burial was at Carmel Cemetery. She was born to Milton and Thelma (Van Berkum) Sandbulte on September 30, 1955, in Sioux Center. She was graduated from Sioux Center High School in 1974, and then attended Patricia Stevers Career College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she studied fashion merchandising. In 1977. she was chosen Sioux County Dairy Princess.

She married Ken Dragstra on August 10, 1979, in Carmel. and was employed at the Fashionette in Le Mars. After their son, Chris, was born, she quit her Job to be with him. He was her pride and Joy, she often said. Connie was a member of Camel Reformed Church, participated in Cursille and was Involved with the Lay Witness Missions.

Survivors include her son, Chris, of Sioux Center; her father, Milton Sandbulte, of Rock Valley; her second parents, Rich and Junalda Dibbet of Sioux Center; four brothers, Kevin of Sioux Center. Victor of Sioux Center, Larry of Pella and Keith of Orange City; two sisters. Cheryl of Sioux Falls and Christy of Lebanon. Connie was preceded in death by her mother and one brother, Mike.

At the funeral service, Betty Sandbulte was the organist and Harve Sandbulte and Nora Haverhals sang "Until Then Medley." Congregational hymns were "We Have Come into His House." "Where the Roses Never Fade" and "Until Then." Casket bearers were Chris Dragstra, Larry Sandlbulle. Rich Dibbet, Kevin Sandbulte, Darrel Zeutenhorst and Ken Dragstra. Honorary bearers were Vic Sandbulte. Keith Sandbulte. Cheryl Sandbulte and Christy Zeulenhorst.
