Gerald, the three year old son of William W. and Ethel (Baker) Sporrer died at 1:30 Saturday afternoon at their home in this city. He was born In Huron, South Dakota, July 29, 1916, but when only about nine months of age suffered a severe attack of spinal meningitis and never fully recovered from this attack. He has gradually grown more helpless from day to day and in spite of all medical skill could perform he was taken away Saturday.

Funeral services were held at St. Mary’s Church in this city at 10:00 o’clock Monday morning and the little form was laid tenderly to rest in the Catholic Cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. Sporrer have the sincere sympathy of all in their affection.
