Mrs. Neal Brower received a call from Hospers Tuesday afternoon that her mother Mrs. Mars had passed away . Mrs. Mars had been confined to her bed for a number of weeks with heart trouble.

Note: A report on ancestry.com (by others) has Sitzke ‘Sarah’ Dykstra born April 20, 1858 in Ee, Friesland Netherlands. She married Peter Mars on Dec 9, 1884. They had four children. She died April 1925 and is buried in Hospers IA.

The 1925 Iowa census list Peter Mars born abt 1861 Pella living at Hospers IA with wife Sietge (Sytske) Dykstra born about 1860 Father Miendert Dykstra and wife Tryntje.
