IRETON — Funeral services for James Sorgdrager of Craig, who farmed near Ireton for many years, were held Tuesday at the First Methodist church In Le Mars. Mr. Sorgdrager, 63, died Saturday night in a Sioux City hospital following several years of Illness. Rev. R. V. Gildner officiated at the funeral and burial was In the cemetery In Le Mars. James Sorgdrager was born April 26, 1892, at Alton, Iowa He was married to Etta Van Steenwyk at Orange City Sept. 27, 1914. Survivors Include the widow, four sons, Warren of Struble, Earl and Kenneth of Le Mars, and James, Jr. of Sioux City, and a daughter, Mrs. Joseph De Young of Le Mars. Also surviving are a brother and a sister and 17 grandchildren. Mr. Sorgdrager was an uncle of Richard Herweyen of Ireton
