Funeral services for George C. Roetman, 68, who died Thursday morning at the Sheldon Hospital following a heart attack were held on Saturday afternoon at the First Reformed Church at Hospers with Reverend James Bos officiating.

Mr. Roetman was born May 16, 1895 at Middleburg.

Surviving are the widow, Anne (DeHaan) Roetman a son, David of Edgerton, Minnesota, two daughters, Mrs. Roger Van Ommeren of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Judy at home. Three brothers, Homer of St. Paul, Minnesota, Ernest of Mountain View, Alaska, and Albert of Worthington, Minnesota, and three sisters, Mrs. Marvin Twombly of Van, South Dakota, Mrs. Arend Peterson of Minot, North Dakota, and Mrs. Harry Ryan residing in Canada.

Pallbearers were Henry Vander Ploeg, Clarence Kuiken, Edward Mc Grath, John Romberg, Peter Pott and George Eilers.

Son of Albert L. Roetman and Agnes Teerink.

Brother of Alice, Ernest, Homer, Grada, Clifford, Agnes, Albert, Blanche & Madeline.
