Funeral services were held at St. Mary's Catholic Church at Rock Valley at 10:30 A.M. June 6 for Mrs. Albert Schemmer, 92, of Rock Valley Nursing Home June 3 after a long illness.

Services were conducted by the Reverend Patrick Nooney and burial was made in the church cemetery at Rock Valley.

The former Katie Richter was born in Rock Valley April 22, 1880. She married Albert Schemmer September 26, 1900, at Rock Valley. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include seven daughters- Mrs. Clarence Keegan of Rock Valley, Mrs. Clarence Goldsmith of Mahnoman, Minnesota, Mrs. Martin Cullinan of Doon, Mrs. Viola Johnson of St. Paul, Mrs. Floyd Olson of Savage, Minnesota, Mrs. Harold Otterstrom of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Mrs. Thomas McIntosh of San Gabriel, California; a son W. A. Schemmer of Logan; a sister Mrs. Dan Crowley of Camby, Minnesota, 44 grandchildren and 55 great- grandchildren.
