Death of Former Resident Mrs. Joe Irwin, 90, former Ireton resident living east of town, where the Dennis Netten family now occupy, passed away 'Saturday evening at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mildred Peterson of Beresford, S. D. She was a school teacher for many years, teaching at Knoxville for a length of time and schools throughout the territory. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Beresford and burial was in the Ireton cemetery, beside her husband. Two sons, Harold and Malcolm, and the daughter survive. She was a member of the United Presbyterian church.
