HENRY RICKE RITES SET AT GRANVILLE

Funeral services for Henry Ricke, 78, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church at Granvlle with the Reverend N. J. Becker officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery under direction of the Fisch Funeral Home. Mr. Ricke, died at his home at Granville Monday following a long illness.

He was born March 12, 1889 at Hamburg, Indiana, and had lived in the Granville area most of his life. He married the former Mary Wildsohutz on January 11, 1916, in Granville, and the couple farmed until his retirement about 20 years ago.

Survivors are his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Cyril Schmit of Hospers, Mrs. Jim Klein of Remsen, Mrs. Ferd Plathe of Granville; four sons, Omar of Granville, Robert of Canby, Minnesota, Clarence of Remsen, and Vernon of Paullina; 44 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
