Funeral services were held at the United Presbyterian Church in Boyden May 27 for William Reimers, 81, of Boyden, who died May 24, at the Sheldon Nursing Home.

Services were conducted by the Reverend Paul Moon and burial was made in the Boyden Cemetery.

Mr. Reimers was born February 21, 1889, at Boyden. He was married to Christina Schildhauer February 11, 1913, at Plankinton, South Dakota.

Survivors are his wife, three sons - Arthur of Muscatine, Iowa, Vernon and Marion of Boyden, a daughter - Mrs. Leonard DeVries of Bigelow, Minnesota, three brothers - George, John and Fred Reimers of Boyden; a sister Mrs. Margaret Betten of Sheldon, 14 grand and 12 great-grand children.
