Hawarden Independent of Oct 10th 1929.
The Capel township school board held a meeting… Ed Oolbekkink president of the Capel board could not be present owing to the death of his daughter. Mr. and Mrs. Tye extend to the family their deepest regrets at the loss of this little girl.
