Mrs. Herman Mulder young Alton wife and mother passed on at her home early Sunday morning, March 8th. She had been in ill health for the past two years, but was confined to bed only a week before her death. She was 32 years of age.

Louisa Miller was born in Alton on may 7th 1903, daughter of the late Mrs. and Mrs. Chris Miller. She was married to Herman Mulder on April 8, 1923. Four children were born to the couple, Blanche, Hermina, Betty and Lloyd. Sisters and brothers surviving are mrs. Theo Steidhen, Lawrence and Henry Miller, Mrs. Joe Stoos, Clarence and Julius Miller and Mrs. Fred Starkenburg. The family have the sympathy of the community in their sad loss.

Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at St. Mary’s church, Rev. Schemel officiating. Our of town guest were listed… in addition to many friends from neighboring towns.
