Funeral services were held Wednesday at the residence here and at St. John’s Lutheran Church at Boyden for Henry A. Ossenfort, 62, who died Sunday at a Sioux City Hospital after a long illness.

Reverend Henry Knoploh officiated and burial was in St. John’s Cemetery.

Mr. Ossenfort was born August 9, 1893, in Sioux County. He farmed north of Boyden for many years before retiring and moving to Sheldon in 1952. He married Bertha Stegeman on June 13, 1917. She survives him.
