Chatsworth and vicinity had many resident* who attended the funeral of Kobert Johannson at Hawarden Friday afternoon. Robert, with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Johannson and family, were residents of the Chatsworth community for many years,

Youth Dies At Hospital
Robert Charles Johannson, 20. son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Johannson, died Tuesday at the Hawarden hospital. Robert had been in poor health for several years. He entered the hospital in October, remaining a few days, and again entered the hospital November 21.

He was born July 8, 1935 at Le Mars and spent most of his life in Sioux county on a farm with his parents.

He graduated from the eighth grade at the Chatsworth public school and was confirmed in the Trinity Lutheran church in Hawarden at the age of 14.

Survivors include his parents three brothers, Leonard, Lavern and Donald of Hawarden; and his maternal grandparents Mrs. And Mrs. Charles Pusch of LeMars.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 1:30 at the Barnard Funeral home and at 2 o’clock at the Trinity Lutheran church. Rev. O. F. W. Pittack officiating. Burial will be at Grace Hill Cemetery.
