Eleanor Marie Moret, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard W. and Mary (Baartman) Moret passed away at the Hull Hospital May 12 after a lingering illness of 8½ months due to rheumatic fever.

Eleanor was born near Boyden on August 23, 1920. She received her schooling in the rural school and attended High School. She was a member of the Reformed Church of Boyden.

Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 1:30 at the home and 2:10 at the church with Reverend Mr. Brink officiating. Interment was made in the Boyden Cemetery.

She is survived by her parents and four brothers and three sisters as follows, William of Boyden, Mrs. Elizabeth Rens of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Peter, Henry, Margaret (Mrs. Hyman Van Maanen) and Marion, all of Boyden and Corena, Mrs. Art Uitenbogaard of Sheldon and many other relatives and friends.
