Shirley Vermeer, 87 of Palm Harbor, Fla. died Sunday Nov. 26, 2017
There will be a celebration of Shirley's life at 2 p.m. Sat. Dec. 16, at Heritage United Methodist Church in Clearwater, Florida.

She was born Nov. 17, 1930 in Rock Valley.
Shirley and Wayne moved to Clearwater in 1988. She loved to golf and spend time with her family. She was known as Mimi to her grandchildren.

She is survived by her three children, Kent (Debra) Vermeer of Clearwater, Kerry (Katy) Vermeer of Minneapolis, and Kay (Lyle) Van Wyk of Lexington, So. Carolina; nine grandchildren; and one great grandson.
