William Hollander William Hollander, 93, of George died Sunday, June 11, 1995, at George Good Samaritan Center. Services were Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, George, with interment in St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Hull. Mr. Hollander was born June 5,1902, near Boyden. On Dec. 25, 1925, he married Irma Goeringer. In 1931, they moved to a farm south of George In 1971, they retired to George. He was on the Immanuel Lutheran Church council, school board director of St. John Lutheran Church and was a member of the board of directors of the Boyden Farmers Coop.

He was preceded in death by his wife. Survivors include one son, Gerald of Mason City; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Erlene) Olson of Minneapolis, Minn., and Norma Ubbinga of George; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
