FORMER RESIDENT H. E. ROUNDS DEAD

Herbert E. Rounds, a former well known resident of Rock Valley, died at San Diego, California, following an illness of several months. He suffered a stroke last spring and failed from that time until his death.

Mr. Rounds started the flour mill in Rock Valley and was manager of it for several years. The family lived here for about twenty years, moving from here to Twin Falls, Idaho, where he became interested in land. He went to San Diego last spring in hopes that the change might benefit his health.

He was born at Eureka, Wis., in 1868. He is survived by his wife and two sons, Arvin, of Pocatello, Idaho, and Elden, of San Diego, and one brother, H. S. Rounds of Sioux City.
