Mrs. Wupke Heikens, 83, died suddenly early Thursday morning, August 3. at her home in George. Mrs Heikens had suffered from a heart ailment for some time However, death came unexpectedly Funeral services were held Tuesday from the home and later at the Lyon County First Presbyterian church near George Mrs. Heikens was preceded in death by her husband and one daughter.

She is survived by seven sons and three daughters and other relatives. Interment took place In the Matlock cemetery.
