Mrs. Peter Heemstra died at Sioux Falls. Funeral services were held there on Monday and burial was made in the Valley View cemetery, here. She is a sister of Mrs. Hessel Roerda and George Cannegieter.

According to an ancestry.com report done by others, Jacoba Cora Cannegieter was born 1893 Woodbury Co. IA died 1968 Rock Valley IA. She was the daughter of Johannes ‘John’ Cannegieter 1857-1919 and Grietje ‘Maggie’ Vreugdenhil 1868-1933. They had about 5 children, three being Peter, Margaret and Robert.
