Mrs. A. Walraven died at the home of her daughter Mrs. John Hospers in Sheldon last Saturday. Deceased was born in Holland in 1834. When a child she came with her parents to this country and settled in Pella, where she was married to G. Dingemans and came to live here. Of the four children born to them, the two who are living are Mrs. John Hospers of Sheldon and Mrs. J. G. Lankelma of Pella. Mr. Dingemans died in 1890. Later Mrs. Dingemans was married to A. Walraven who died in 1911. Besides her two daughters, deceased leaves two sisters, Mrs. Wormhoudt of Pella and Mrs. Vos of Grand Rapids, Mich., who both came to attend the funeral, also Miss Josephine Vos of Grand Rapids. The funeral services were held in the First Reformed church here on Tuesday conducted by Rev. Vander Naald of Sheldon and Rev. McEwan of this place. Interment took place in the cemetery in this city.
