Mrs. Kruithof, who made her home with her daughter Mrs. Jekel at this place, died Monday evening at the age of 51 years, after an illness of one week. Funeral services were held at the American Reformed church Wednesday afternoon, Rev. McEwan officiating. Mrs. Kruithof came to this place last February from Amsterdam Holland. Her husband, who is still in the Netherlands, expected to join her here next spring.
