RAY TERPSTRA DEAD

Ray Terpstra, who several years ago was employed in the Corner Drug Store in Rock Valley, died Nov. 27, at Phoenix, Arizona, his death being due to consumption. The remains are being brought to Rock Valley for burial and they are expected to arrive Friday.

Ray Terpstra was born in Friesland, Holland, July 22, 1883. He made his home in and near Rock Valley for a few years and then went west, spending some time in California and Arizona.

He leaves two brothers, George Terpstra, of Inwood, and Siebert Terpstra, of Valley Springs, S.D., and a sister in Holland, and two uncles, John Westra, of Inwood, and I. Mulder, of Doon. Mr. Terpstra will be remembered by many of the older residents of this place.
