Funeral services for Henry P. "Hank" Kaskie, 57, were held Tuesday morning at 01:00 A.M. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with the Reverend R.W. Reinhart officiating. Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Rosary was recited Monday evening at 8:00 P.M. Porter Funeral Home.

Mr. Kaskie died Saturday evening of an apparent heart attack, at the Warren Café.

Henry Kaskie, the son of Michael & Mary (Churske) Kaskie, was never married. He spent his entire life in the Rock Valley area and was the janitor at Saint Mary's for many years.

He was born March 21, 1900. Survivors are two sisters, Mrs. Joe Langan of Aurora, South Dakota and Mrs. Lucille Friesen of Newark, New Jersey, besides several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.

Before retiring he was employed with the railroad.

Pallbearers were Elmer Kaskie, Walter McNamara, Jay Hevern, Paul Huernier, Tom McGill and Richard Richter.
