Death came suddenly to Alfred John Jungers some time last week Thursday afternoon, the 2nd of October. His body was found at six o’clock by his brother Felix Jungers. He had not been well for the last few days. Mr. Jungers was 48 years old.

Alfred Jungers was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dominic and Katharina (Hentges) Jungers, both deceased and is survived by a sister, Amelia (Mrs. Peter Becker) of Marshall, Minnesota and these brothers: Nick Jungers of Hector, Minnesota, Emil Jungers of Sibley, Theodore Jungers of Los Angeles, California, Felix, Tony and Ed of Hospers. A sister, Mrs. John Block preceded him in death several years ago. Military funeral services were held for him at 9 o’clock Saturday morning, at St. Anthony’s Church. Burial was at St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
