Funeral services were held last Thursday afternoon at one-thirty in the Presbyterian Church for Mrs. John J. Jones, who passed away at the home on Tuesday at her home on Tuesday morning after an illness of several years.

Funeral services were in charge of Reverend A. Langenberg of the Presbyterian Church at Ashton. Interment was made in the Hospers Cemetery.

Nellie (Van Meveren) Jones is survived by one son, Evans and two daughters, Nellie, Mrs. Francis Nelson and Mary, Mrs. Henry Hulst and six grandchildren.
