Judith Kay Andringa Hulstein, 63, of Sheldon died August 31, 2008 at the Sanford Sheldon Hospital. She was born December 30, 1944 in Sheldon, Iowa, the daughter of Jack and Elizabeth (Reitsma) Andringa. She graduated from the Sheldon Community High School in 1962.

Over the course of her life, Judy married Stan Hulstein of Sheldon, Iowa and were later divorced. She was involved in Photography at the Brass Shutter and Custom Floral Design, which she enjoyed for many years. Designing was her true passion where she could create from her heart and share what she felt inside with the beauty of her flowers. She spent many hours and late nights, perfecting her creations. One of the greatest attributes she displayed on a daily basis in her dealings with people was her ability to look toward the future instead of dwelling on the past. She was not only willing to lend a helping hand but extend an open ear. Judy was always the life of the party. She enjoyed social gatherings and was a natural at pointing out the humorous side of things.

She was a member of Bellflower First Christian Reformed Church, Bellflower, California. Since living at Fieldcrest, Judy was attending Immanuel Christian Reformed Church, Sheldon, Iowa.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Elizabeth Andringa and brother Fred Andringa.
