He was the son of Charles Willard Giles 1870-1953 and Anna Belle Campbell 1874-1952. He was married to Marcella L. Verschoor born 11 Jun 1898 SD, died Nov 1982 Nora Springs Floyd IA. They were married 9 Aug 1921. One child listed as ‘private’
