Mrs. Nicholas Houtsma, who had been sick for a long time, died in her home Saturday at about noon. She was only thirty years old, leaves a husband, two children, her mother, Mrs. Riddering of Chicago, and three brothers and two sisters, as well as a host of other relatives and friends, to mourn her departure. This community extends the hand of sympathy to the sad husband and mother, brothers and sisters in their great loss.

Mrs. Angeline Houtsma was fully conscious up to the last and had everything arranged for her funeral which was held Monday afternoon in the First Reformed Church of which she was a member. Reverend M.A. Steganian officiated. A large concourse of people attended the church services to pay their last respects.
